A VRF notice is not a Parking Charge and you are under no obligation to pay it. In most cases, it means your vehicle has been locked in a car park, after the advertised closing time, which is displayed at the entrance to the car park.
You can choose whether to leave your vehicle until the car park opening time (displayed on the notice attached to your windscreen) free of charge, or request an on-call officer visit your location and release your vehicle.
All VRF payments are via our secure online payment portal. Our officers do not accept and will never ask for cash payments.
