A VRF notice is not a Penalty Charge Notice and you are under no obligation to pay it. In most cases, it means your vehicle has been locked in a car park, after the advertised closing time. 

You can choose whether to leave your vehicle until the car park opening time, or request an on-call officer visit your location and release your vehicle. All VRF payments are via our secure online payment portal. Our officers do not accept and will never ask for cash payments.
