If you have received a Parking Charge Notice from us, either by post or by a ticket attached to your vehicle, please do not ignore it. A PCN penalty is treated as a civil debt and you could be pursued through the county court system.

You have a total of 28 days from the issue date to pay your PCN. If you pay the PCN within 14 days of the issue date, we will reduce the amount you have to pay from £100 to £60.

If you want to appeal the PCN, do not pay it, as paying it means you accept liability. If you appeal your PCN, we will freeze the notice period. If your challenge is unsuccessful, you will still get a 50% reduction if you pay within 14 days.
