How to Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our parking enforcement services, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit your complaint in writing via email or post to our dedicated complaints team at [email protected] or RMC Business Solutions Ltd, Parking Department, PO Box 13602, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 9WQ.

Step 2: Provide the relevant details including (if applicable) the Parking Charge number, date of the incident, location, and a description of your concern.

Step 3: All complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days of receipt and a full response provided within 28 days of receipt.

Investigation and Resolution

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and provide you with a written response within 14 working days, outlining the outcome of our investigation and any actions taken.If additional information or time is required to resolve the complaint, we will keep you updated on the progress.

Escalating a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response or the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to an independent body. As we are a member of the British Parking Association (BPA), you may refer your complaint to them for further review.

Confidentiality

We will treat all complaints confidentially and will only share information with relevant parties where necessary to resolve the complaint.
